Not a good start for you, you don't show up on a site for C body enthusiasts and admit to using one of our favorite cars as a doner for your B body.

Sorry, it is what I believe to be a great motor for us....I do want to help my C body enthusiast with a project coupe or parts for theirs.........I like c body cars....and grew up around them....

is the 300 complete minus motor?
Yes, for now...car shows 27 or 28k on miles and I believe miles but it's rough.....we drove it down the road ( still sits on bias ply tires) before pulling the engine..I want to pull the sure grip out, it still has the power bucket seats, no power windows in this coupe, car sat in barn, elderly owner, straight car, rust on bottom quarters and trunk floor, not sure on the rest

Why would you want to part out the car before you see if there is someone that would like the whole car (minus motor of course). If I were in the market for a 69 300 coupe, I would even offer to send you a nice 440 out of a rusty but low mile New Yorker for example so I could have a numbers matching engine for the 69 300 coupe. It takes time and work to part out a car and often you won't make as much money as if you sold the whole car (even minus motor). And why don't you send some photos of your coupe so people can judge for themselves what shape the parts are in. It isn't that hard.

I just thought about listing it, hate to waste any good parts( or cars) if someone wanted the whole thing, I would be willing to part with matching motor but after tearing down the engine, it is like brand new, we are going to replace all gasket, water pump, already cleaned for paint, change cam, Intake and carb for street duty superbee use. Will try to post pictures. I was raised on big old Plymouth , Dodge, and Chyslers, I have a soft spot for all of them.

Is it an original 440 Bee?
Bees would mostly be 383 cars.
I know it's different everywhere but Detroit Craigslist is usually good for a 440 or 2 at any given moment.

Welcome!
I can appreciate you posting here to help out some C guys since most of the 69 300 bits are not in reproduction and are one year only schtuff as well..
On the other side of the coin, when you announce you pulled the pearl out of the oyster, turned a running driving restore-able car into an organ donor, the purists here will be outraged.
I am not going to tell you what to do,but if it were me,since the 69 300 is still a desirable car, I would have flipped the car running/driving,make a better profit compared to parting it out. Then use the money to locate a 440 that has already been pulled, rebuilt or whatever.

I want to send a message to the moderators-if there are such a thing..
As an example like other forums, new members should not be able to post for sale stuff on their first post.A forum I am a member of you have to post at least 10 posts,or be on there a certain length of time.
This filters out the organ pullers, demo derby guys, and questionable used car salesmen.

All I want is for this car and parts from it not wasted. I appreciate every old car and know parts are at a premium when no longer produced. I DID NOT want it to go to Junk Yard or Demo Derby so here I am.....

Still looks like a worthy project if someone really wanted to restore a 69 300. If it were me, I would have yanked the low milage 440 if I had a good Super Bee project sitting idle. Kind of a no brainer..
For what it would cost to get this car "right" again your still going to be upside down on value when it's finished regardless of it has it's #s matching 440 or not... lol

That is why I bought it, for the engine and the sure-grip, I also got the Chrysler 2949054 radiator and the AC setup we were missing for the SuperBee. The guy I bought it from was going to part it out as well....may have gone to a junkyard or a Demolition Derby. I have a title somewhere but in reality, it has great parts and has some rust in quarters and one frame rail. I DO NOT know how rare these parts are and can sympathize with people who need them. The power bucket may go in the SuperBee as well as we have buckets from correct year B Body but having a 6 way base might be fun...........IF people need the parts, or the car, I will sell it all but at some point, the car has to go away......wife says I have ENOUGH projects!
