Found what I needed. It turns out there was another 4160 in the box of parts that I got with this car. I didn't recall seeing a Holley before, but double checking paid off.

I'm gently reviving a 69 300 and it's responding well. That said, the brakes are hard to press when moving the car around the driveway and in and out of the garage (no dragging, grinding or other weirdness, just needs a real hard press) and I need to get this sorted before I do anything more...

Untouched since 1993 in the back of a garage FWIW. Can't speak to the carb's virginity though lol so you may be right
