While that is one of the better on line decoders I've seen, one must still be careful with them....the number following the three character scheduled production date does NOT indicate the production sequence. It is simply the remainder of the Sales Order Number. Carry on.....

The Production Sequence does not show up on 1968 and earlier tags. The vast majority of the online decoders are pure crap.

The production sequence does not show up on any fender tag. The VIN is unrelated to production.
