Let's see some Wagons!

It's the fill hole for the washer reservoir in the tailgate.
Very cool. I seem to recall from some of the sales info I've gathered that the early fuselage wagons came with a wash system that used the window strip at the bottom as a sort of squeegee to clean the rear windows. Is this one of those? And is that how it works?

There are actually two 16" or 18" and a 6"wiper blade that overlap and squeegee the glass, so you are mostly correct.

Priorities I guess. I'd have left the wheels alone and the paint alone and redid the suspension, interior and exhaust because it needs a rumble

I got the wheels and tires used for dirt cheap. But I would never bother with a new paint job anyway since it would be like polishing a turd. You have to embrace the ugly with these cars. The interior will be all new. As for the engine a Cummins diesel is in the works.

Huh? Polishing a turd? Its a beautiful machine....Embrace the ugly ? Huh? Its a beautiful machine....Cummins Diesel? Huh? Its already got all the torque it needs. New Interior ? I am afraid to ask given the previous comments about the car.

Itll be for sale within a year , in pieces , on craigslist. I can see it now, too many projects, must sell, with a hose in the photo :elmer:

Haha. Good point.

Do you have any ideas where to look for a gas tank for this car? I haven't been able to find one anywhere and it was missing when I got it.
