You folks helped me in the past with the restoration work we have been doing on a 1969 Plymouth Fury III convertible. We have had a slight pause (2 years!) but we are back at it and intend this time to go through until completion. I will again be asking some questions in heading toward that end. Thanks.

Welcome back, Mike. It was enjoyable plowing through the first part of the resto. Happy to hear it's back on the front burner.

Looks great and nice you are continuing with your Fury project. I do have a problem with the first pic you posted. I really don't recommend or like the wheel tire combo. But otherwise it looks superb!

Can't wait to follow along on your journey, keep the pic's and updates coming.

Thanks for the comments. We have gotten sidetracked on a '77 Bronco and then on a '62 Corvette but those are gone (well the Corvette is 99.5% gone). We put new floors (patches0 in the Fury along with a trunk floor and lower quarters. I'll be asking some questions here as we go along.

I have not been doing to good on posting photos of the restoration of this '69 Plymouth Fury III. We thought the engine and trans were ok as we had driven the car when we first got it. However, on checking the insides of each they were NOT ok and so we have rebuilt the engine and had the trans rebuilt. That slowed us down somewhat. We have the engine/trans in plus the suspension back under the car. All the body panels have been worked and are ready to go back on the car. So we have made some progress. The dash pad is bad and we need help finding one of those. The same will be true of some interior pieces as well as exterior trim. I'll do better on posting photos of our progress.

Cat: That is the ticket on that dash pad! Thanks much. I am getting in contact with those folks.
