66-300 Disc brake upgrade to a Dual Master Cylinder system

Working on a 66-300 with front disc brakes. Want to upgrade the brake system to a dual master cylinder. Bought a 67-300 dual master cylinder. Went to In-Line Tube to upgrade to ready made S.S. tubing. They offer brake line sets for manual and power drum brakes but nothing for disc brakes. The closest they can get for a disc brake tubing set is 1969. They couldn't tell me the ID and OD of their 1969 tubing or their connector sizes.

If anyone has made this upgrade, would appreciate to know how you did it.

I used the 1967 lines from inline tube on my 66 300. I used the 67 - 68 dual master and disc brake booster. then I ran the front lines to a "T" block, and the rear line to an adjustable proportioning valve. System works great.
 
I just ran with the originals and just twisted up whatever I needed to make it happen. Unless your lines are already thrashed and need replacing, it sounds to me like your just making more work for yourself. Good Luck

Appreciate your advice. What "T" block did you buy from Inline Tube ? My car came with factory disc brakes. I'm planning to use the factory booster, new 67 dual master, new 67 brake lines and the original factory proportioning valve. Your thoughts?

First off your 300 does not use a proportioning vale, it is a distribution block with one line in and three out. You could order the 67 valve and leave the brake warning light disconnected. What I did was use a regular "T" to split the front brakes, and then used the adjustable valve for the rear brakes. I did have to pull the inner fenderwell to be able to install the rear line and this gave me great room to install everything. The one problem I did have was two of the lines come with a larger fitting on the lines, I had to cut the tube and use a regular 3/8 flare fitting and re double flare the lines. If you have not ordered them yet you can specify this to Inline since they are made upon order.
