Wrinkle finish paints

Anyone here use them? If so which one is the best? Looking to do valve covers and air cleaner lid

I've used Eastwood and had super results!

I've done a few with Dupli-color. Cure under a heat lamp for a few hours. Good results

FYI. The base should be galvanized color.

I like this look. Understated and all business. Beats the heck out of the chrome "niffy-naffy" look most chevy guys like.

So, maybe this is a crazy question, but mine doesn't seem to be wrinkle finished. How do you know if it is supposed to have the wrinkly finish?

The single snorkel was not wrinkle finished and not all dual snorkles were. It just looks great and is easy to maintain.

It looks cool without much fuss I did the dual snorkel on my Challenger with Dupli color it turned out okay and still looks decent after almost 10 years. I would wait until it warms up a bit and a strong sunny day to paint it it takes some time to activate after you spray.

It really helps if you pre warm the part before spraying too. Stick it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees. (Best done when the miss isn't home).
