^^This^^ Do it right, and then just like it's done for adding rust treatments, drill some small holes from behind/underneath and spray in FF or Crown stuff.

Rear seat belt configuration, 67 300 drop top!

Male buckles are on the outside, female buckles on the inside. If you want to put a 3rd set in (middle passenger), put them on the same bolts as the two middle female buckles are... just double them up.

Which AC compressor. RV2 or Sandon on my 66 New Yorker

A 66 won't have a low pressue compressor cutoff switch. Regardless, all the required investigations into what condemns the compressor need to be done.

Which AC compressor. RV2 or Sandon on my 66 New Yorker

If the rest of the system is in good nick, then it will cool like crazy. The system is an excellent one. What's important is to watch the vent temps as you're filling the system (the system is filled with the car running and the compressor/AC turned on). The amount that's on the tag on the...

If it were me, I'd rebuild the original. Parts are still available to do it right. Others here are Sanden enthusiasts, and all power to them, but I'm an RV2 fan. Just my 2 cents. By the way, is your Autopilot working? I'm the Autopilot guy - I can rebuild your dash dial, and service your...

WANTED INNER FENDERS IN CHICAGO NEEDING TO BE PICKED UP

Can anyone help me out here? There are a mint pair of 1966 Chrysler inner fenders that are in Chicago. Too far for me to get to them, but @detmatt has agreed to hold them for me if they can be gotten to him in Detroit. They are as nice a pair as I've ever seen. I could get them from him or...

    1967 Imperial leaf spring isolator

So I did some more digging - and I owe you an apology - you are totally correct with the terminology for that part. Leaf Spring Isolator. Group 17-10-11. There are two per pack - one above, one below, at least according to the 1967 parts catalogue. They are an Imperial only part, and from...
