For Sale 1957 Desoto MOPAR fireflight sportsman two door hardtop - $3800 (Milton)

The Firesweep used the 122" wheelbase made by Dodge. The Desoto body from the firewall back was simply set onto the Dodge frame. Everything forward of the firewall other than the emblems and bumper are Dodge. I've got nothing against Firesweeps especially as I like driving the shorter 122" over...

For Sale 1957 Desoto MOPAR fireflight sportsman two door hardtop - $3800 (Milton)

Thanks for the corrections. The Fireflites were top of the line trim with 4 barrel carbs, the Firedomes slightly lower trim quality and quantity and had 2 barrel carbs. The 'sweeps are really Dodges, fine cars, but not truly a DeSoto

For Sale 1960 DeSoto Adventurer 2-door Coupe project - $6900 (North Chicago)

Last year at Carlisle there was a white 61 Desoto coupe, white with red interior said to have original low miles (maybe 10,000 or so?) they were asking $52,000 and it sold.

For Sale 1960 DeSoto Adventurer 2-door Coupe project - $6900 (North Chicago)

The original 383 was very tired so it and the trans are rebuilt. A friend of mine owns a quality upholstery shop and will do the seats and install headliner. Nearly everything on this one is worn out but I've been wanting one for 25 years so I shopped for 3 years and this was the only one I...

For Sale 1960 DeSoto Adventurer 2-door Coupe project - $6900 (North Chicago)

I've had a 126" wheelbase 59 and prefer the shorter 122" for driving. Those are the trunk hinges sticking up, all panels are removed, rust removed, dents repaired and now epoxy primed. The dual antenna's on the 60's weren't angled, they went straight up and don't appeal to me so I'll put the...

For Sale 1960 DeSoto Adventurer 2-door Coupe project - $6900 (North Chicago)

The bumpers size makes them look heavy but they're really not that bad. The tail light lenses along with the chrome chevrons are being reproduced at $380/pair. SMS is reproducing the door panels (mine are ordered) but there's at least a 6 month wait. Steering wheel reod will be expensive, at...

Those are my least favorite Chrysler slab side tail lights but the original condition could win me over.

    1959 Plymouth Fury - $2500 (Maple Plain)

Desoto's get no lovin'. What's up with that? Would it be possible to have a section for C bodies (1965-78) and another for Full Size 1957-64 ? I'm late to the party.

1969 New Yorker 2-door, Newcomerstown, Ohio - eBay

My grandma had a table cloth with that exact pattern on it. Or not. Either way it needs new upholstery. I'm not familiar with the steering wheels on the New Yorkers. Is there something up with the pad on this one or is that how they wear?

If that 57 NYer still has its 392 in it that could finance your engine upgrade. But it looks like the front end is sitting high.

'67 Monaco long roof, Great Falls MT, ($1377)

Went on 4 dates with a Monica and finally gave up. Nice rack, greasy hair. She's a runner and runs 3 days a week in the 5-10 mile range. I figure she's putting in all the time to try and outrun the voices in her head.
