I can tell you why 67 valiant and barracuda do not share the same windscreen. All 67 variants were post sedans. 2 and 4 door. Taller windscreen. Dart 2 door hardtop had a shorter windscreen, which interchanged with barracuda hardtop and vert.

Might want to consider putting in a modern borgeson steering box. Most of the floaty, boaty feel vague as hell steering comes from the older slopped out chrysler boxes, along with too high of a pump pressure. If the car has a GM Saginaw type pump, theres ways to dial down the pump output...

I have a good used ring and pinion out of a 67 8&3/4 rear 742 case. Ratio is 2.76. There is normal wear on the teeth, no chipping or spalling. I can include the old pinion bearing and pinion nut and washer to use as set up tools to install these. Just ask and i will pack thrm in the box too...
