you can see the rear moldings are the thicker ones used in 78 when fender skirts became an option unlike other years when they were standard. when the thicker rear moldings were used, the front ones were matching thickness as well

ive had 6 sunroof formals ( and other brand s/r cars) ; i live in the pacific north west which is considered a rain forest. ive never had 1 with a leaky sun roof. most of these cars were not parked in garages.
