Some Questions about the Power Windows...

You should definitely find a replacement regulator but I fear this is only the start of more issues with the windows. Being the age the car is, worn rollers, dry guides, worn teeth on the regulators and motor drives and probable slight misalignment of the guides will only lead to future events...

    Trunk Divider

Do as "jollyjoker" says but cut it so it fits better to the wheel wells and other places the factory left out.

    65 fury rear deck

Made a mistake on the supplier for this item. It's actually Legendary Interiors. I have the catalogue and it's listed but in case you can't find the part number, give them a call because it crosses over to another model of the same year.

'67 Newport headliner, windlace, and trim

I would definitely put some quilted insulation (glued) on the top roof panel before installing the headliner. I've done this on three cars (Ford,Chevy and Mopar) and found it has real advantages - noise, heat and prevents headliner sag due to high temps at the roof panel. I used a spun grey...

    Long, boring days of winter

For all the purists, my original speedo is chrome working, and in tact. This was a total piece of junk I salvaged four years ago. The carbon fiber backing comes from TopVinylFilms and you should check them out for products. The clear bezel is Lexan bent on a sheet metal buck bent to the exact...

    Speedometer cable install

Had to service a speedo last year and there is one thing you can do that seems to resolve most bouncing needles. The mechanism for needle operation is magnetic attraction between a drum and a spinning magnetic rotor. Lack of lube or a gummy mechanism puts a load on the pivots that can't be...

    Long, boring days of winter

Got a bit bored this winter and decided to upgrade my cluster using a couple shabby ones I had laying around. Put all the important gauges "in my face" for easy viewing and included LED's for high beam and oil pressure below 18 p.s.i. It was a most enjoyable project that I have posted pics of...

    Headliner questions

The bows go in a certain order front to back. On Fords, every bow has a color designation painted on it for position and I don't think Chrysler's would be too much different. This is where an OE shop manual comes in handy. Mine says you can leave the clips. It is very important that the bows are...
