Hi All - thank you for the comments. We found this car in a junkyard in NE WI and it was on the verge of being scrapped. We just didn't have the heart to let that happened. When we decoded it - we couldn't find the R99 code either. The car was really odd for a squad, it never appears to have...

We thought the same thing but it didn't have any of the ID markings WSP would use on it. It has some goofy stickers on the dash like "Jelly Bean" and call numbers which led us to believe it wasn't. Really weird, A/C car... Thanks!
