1969 Fury Convertible .

318 2bbl , auto trans . Manual drum brakes , power top , power steering . A/C car , compressor missing . Originally green w/ white top & interior , now red .

Runs & drives . Installed new master cylinder drove it around the block a few times . Shifts smooth , stops good . Took it for a short ride , pedal became soft during ride , have not checked why .

Rebuilt carb , installed good battery , replaced tires w/ good used .

Have scarebird brackets for front disc brake conversion .

Currently running off gas can by radiator . Recommend dropping tank to clean before hooking it up . Was running off tank when I get it but carb was full of dirt so I disconnected it .

Overall good condition for age . Has rust , needs top , interior work , Both rear floor pans , trunk floor repair & both lower quarter repair .

Too many projects & lost storage need to thin the herd .

I have a NY transferable registration in my name . NY does not issue titles for vehicles built before 1973 .

looks decent for the money. interior is 90% wrong. looks like a good neighborhood judging by the white garden hose :)

Just the seat covers are wrong . Looks good though . It's a decent car to start with . Needs love but not enough to cut it up .

I was getting ready to order patch panels for the quarters , trunk floor & rear floor pans . Still will if I have it when the smoke clears .

Neat car too but overall I prefer your 69 Coupe.

I was getting ready to order patch panels for the quarters , trunk floor & rear floor pans . Still will if I have it when the smoke clears .

The patch panels are pretty much junk. Flat pieces of sheet metal with some bends in them. They might work for the trunk floors, but that's it.

Thanks, I've heard , but better than nothing . Can't get sheet metal easily around here .
"Better than nothing" is debatable.

A good body man can do better without them and make the repair panels from scratch.

That's Very True . Good bodymen around here are few& far between . Most shops down here want insurance jobs . Quick , big money . The good guys are so busy it takes months to book them . I can get the car half assed real easy . BUT I would rather the purchaser see what it is instead of a pig with a new dress .
