Canadian car typical no AC ..don't parlez-vous enough but there seems to be a few of these roaming around la belle province for not crazy money..
 
That's a lot of car for the money. Looks like the dents in the hood have been fixed, probably by a paintless dent guy. Looks like it would be a good driver as is.

I bet that crease is right over a brace preventing one to get at it from underneath.
Yes, anything is fixable given the tools.

The front glass is destroyed big time,
It looks like there is a fair amount of bondo underneath the paint.
 
ok, I"ll be the inexperienced one to ask the dumb question, what' the big "giveaway" for bondo? thanks.
Look at the inside door edges. They should be straight as an arrow. Even with the blurry cellphone image, you can tell something has been slopped on and crudely shaped to mimic the edge.
