The wheel has been repaired and refinished. New chrome around outside edge under the clear coat. I cleaned the channel for he switch that is not included. I did leave the original leads in it since they are in good shape. Looking to get $300 but open to offers shipping we can figure out upon purchase to make it as economical as possible.
