Timing mark on 1978 Chrysler 400 engine

Hell, I am doing the Mopar conversion kit to non-lean burn and need to set the initial timing at 5 degrees. I am unable to see the numbers on the plate. Where would 5 degrees be?

Here's what you do. Get a piece of white chalk and rub it on the marks. Then take a rag and wipe it off. That will show the marks. I see a 20 and possibly a 10, so take that same picture again and you'll see those clearer. Then count back from 20 and that's your target.
