$300 - Leed Brakes PBKT2003-3 C-BODY 8” Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster NEW / UNUSED!

Up for sale is this BRAND NEW aftermarket 8” dual diaphragm C Body brake booster from Leed Brakes! Never installed, still in the original box with all hardware and components. I originally purchased this to use on my ‘68 New Yorker with full drum brakes all around. I never got the car on the road, and since then I’ve come into a 1972 DISC BRAKE SET UP!!

I will no longer need the new booster, but I’d like to let it go to someone who can use it. Use it while you get your original rebuilt by Booster Dewey or unless you have a car with a bad booster and you don’t want to wait around for a rebuild, this is what you want. They are selling for $395.00 online but I’m letting this go for $300 shipped to your door!

Please PM me if you would like to purchase it.

Thank you for posting. Is this the unit? C Body Mopar Power Brake kit for Factory Power Drum Cars

Since you have the box, could you please post where the kit was manufactured? The company is based in NY, but it does not say where it is being made.

Yes, that is the same unit! I will have to post pics of the box on Monday, since I have it in storage with my car and I can’t get to it until then. I will keep you posted on that info once I’m able get to it. I don’t think it is a US made product, but I could be wrong.

Are the factory units single diaphragm? I'm asking because mine only has one large round portion not the 2 that this units has (one large & one smaller).

66-68 factory disc boosters are dual diaphragm. At some point in 1969+ they switched to a large diameter single diaphragm. The 1969+ boosters are not quite a drop-in replacement for 1965-68 C-bodies when doing a disc upgrade because the brake pedal pushrod is 1/2" longer. The large single is worse because it will interfere with your shift linkage if you have column shift.
