Leaf Spring Bushings

Hey all,
I'm looking for a part number for the front leaf spring bushing for a '68 300. The rears are easy, Rock Auto has them listed as MOOG K7308. But they don't list any for the front.

Local Autozone lists them as not available. I am pretty sure you can get them from ESPO but I'm just looking for a part number so maybe I can order them locally. Any help?

I swapped out the rear bushings earlier today on my spare set of leafs that are in better shape than what's currently on my car, but still need the fronts. Thanks!

The thing people have a hard time with is that everything involving C- bodies requires more time, personal effort on their part, and patience.

Oh this I know! I've had C-bodies since 1997! My 4-speed swap took forever to find all the parts. I drove it for about 2 years after the 4 speed swap until now, because the trans has spun a bearing. Plus it never shifted right into 2nd anyway no matter how I adjusted the levers- maybe a fork is bent (used Craigslist trans). It's time to finally give the car some much needed work, which includes going through the trans, rust repair, paint, (maybe some carpet, I dunno- lol) and a 440 update, but first I want to make sure I can get it riding properly before I non-op it to blow it all apart.

It rides like utter crap right now because the rear springs are so bad that arced the wrong way and I think the shocks are bottoming out. I have a spare set of leafs that are in pretty good shape that I just pulled from a car, but want to at least put new bushings in them first. No use in pulling them out a second time! I redid the front end with '73 disks, Firm Feel parts and one of the first 10 sets of Just Suspension UCA's in 2008.

I've also considered selling the car and starting over with something else but then what do I do with the extra 6 cars' worth of C-body parts that I have?

Alright, here's an update. I'm not buying your overpriced parts, and I already bought new ones from ESPO. Like I said, I don't have time to spend being online all of the time. I have a life. I thought c body guys were supposed to be patient and understanding.

For anyone that reads this down the road:
Just Suspension (or is it Energy Suspension) sells really sweet, reasonably-priced polygraphite leafspring bushings, for both ends of the spring, but you have to know what to order, and that ebay link above held a *HUGE* clue. B-body bushigns fit like a glove. The fronts are 2-pc bushings with a slide-in bolt spacer, they install in 60 secs (after the originals are out) and with the included grease will be super-quiet. My last set has at least 10 years/50k miles on them and I bet they're still in good shape right now.

What's the takeaway? Spend some time on the internet doing research and you'll find other stuff that fits our cars.

I believe that stubs300's bushings were one piece, press in style for the front. Same as I got from ESPO. The rears are 2 piece and slide right in.

Once I removed the fronts, I pressed them in with an internal spring compressor, timing chain gear and a large socket. Easiest press-in bushing install ever.

Also, I don't trust everything on the internet, especially parts for our cars. I've ordered a few things that were supposed to fit, but didn't. Like belt line trim. It may have fit a 2 door Fury but not a 300/NYer/Newport because of the rear window shape. Had to return it. Folks don't know our cars as well as Chevys or Fords.

That's exactly what they are, and you'll also notice that they do interchange with a lot of others as well. As a side note, the gas tank grommet on my 66-300 was replaced with a grommet for a 68 Dart. They are both identical, and I'm sure fit a bunch of others as well.
