Funny story though.. my family owned 3 Real Estate offices and I worked in one after University selling houses....hated the hours all weekends and nights. There is some good advice here Zac but at the end of the day the agent should be able to do all that has been mentioned here rather easily. Good luck!

Well done. One tip, insure it for what it may cost to rebuild in future. Meaning that say a home is 100.000 - in several years it may cost 150.000 to demolish, clear the remains and rebuild what you had so insure for what it could be allowing for expected inflation and price rises.

If everything goes as it should, looks like move in date would be march 29th. We have a little while to get everything moved, so will probably take a couple weeks getting everything moved over. Party will be soon after!

Talking with the realtor, apparently they had a crazy high offer from someone else, that out bid us. But they were afraid the place wouldnt appraise near the price offered,and they would loose the sale. They already had a lost sale from before, and didn’t want to go through that again.

They signed the paperwork last night. We have 10 days to get the inspections, and appraisal done. Just waiting on paper work after that.
