Did they ever make a 1970 Plymouth Fury III

I have been searching for a 1970 Fury III 2 door hardtop for years and haven't been able to find one. Did they ever make any of the III's or any other 2 door 1970 Furys?
 
According to 1969-1973 Plymouth Fury 111 production there were 21,373 Hardtop Coupe and 12,367 Formal Hardtop Coupes manufactured.
Now, in the Sport Fury range, there were 6,663 Hardtop Coupe, 689 S/23 Hardtop Coupe, 666 GT Hardtop Coupe and 5,668 Formal Hardtop Coupes made so there must still be some around for you to buy.

Unfortunately, I believe the answer is no. It doesn't look like they even made the plastic promo models after 1968 for any C-Bodies.

I do believe there is a 1 : 64 scale out there probably as a police car, not sure though

That's correct. The only fusey die cast that I can think of:
