Looks to be in very nice shape. Not many options, but has AC. Late production (June 1970). Not mine: 1970 CHRYSLER NEWPORT CONVERTIBLE, 383-AC

One thing that puzzles me is the paint. Originally DR8. Paint looks original to me. Yet, I am I seeing Dark Gold Y4 in this door pic? Is that because the interior door frames are Y4? Here is the fender tag decode, courtesy of MyMopar:

I think you are seeing a reflection of the interior colour.

Slightly odd interior/exterior combination, but acceptable. The White top doesn't fit that Combo but black also wouldn't be any better. That's the interior Color the Hurst should have had in the first place IMHO.

on my '69 newport rag, inboard of the weatherstrip, the doors were painted to match the interior, gold. outboard, the exterior, dark green. seat belts match interior color. in this car they're black. (note: correct use of apostrophes.)

Could somebody who has some computer skills please transfer a photo of the fender tag on this thread to the fuselage thread "Last of the convertibles"? I honestly just spent fifteen minutes attempting to, to no avail. I managed to download the pic to "Chrome", but couldn't find Chrome when I went to upload the photo.

Done.

How does a car with 90K miles on it have such a nice front bench seat? Could it have been redone? It looks very original if so.

Has got to be replaced. Either that or they were 90,000 highway miles and seldom sit in. Paint looks original. Didn’t even know DR8 and Y4 was available together

I like it. I love it. Favorite colour. It’s a Chrysler. Late production ‘69. Looks taken care of. But $19,000 really is a lot of money.
