A fellow in Texas contacted me with this information and pictures of a 68 Polara fast top he wants to sell.
He said he was planning on posting in the for sale forum next week or so, once it's back running, so I won't post there.
A good heads up for anyone interested.... Car has A/C.

. It was sold new here in Fort Worth and lived its entire life there. It has 35,000 original miles, and wears all its original paint, interior, sheet metal, and drivetrain parts. I even have the build sheet, a copy of the original title, and original keys. Its a documented two owner car. The second owner just had the car strored in a garage and never drove it. Its a 383 4-barrel column shift auto with an 8.75 rear end. Power drum brakes, power steering, and even has the three spoke steering wheel. The car is green with a white vinyl top and white interior. The dash only has one crack, and the door panels and seat covers are decent. The front bench cover will need to be replaced or repaired, but headliner is good and the carpet is even pretty nice. There are a few small rusty areas in the trunk, and a pin hole in one of the quarters. The back window has two spots near the bottom corner that are rusty and need repair, but the floors and the rest of the car is solid. The front bumper has been pushed in just a little on the drivers side. The right front fender and wheel opening trim has some damage from rubbing something, but nothing that can't be easily repaired. The fender will be easy to fix, the trim will take an expert to save. It even still has the factory exhaust all the way to the tip. I am having the fuel tank dipped and coated, and rebuilding the carb. It will run once these are put back in. The brakes need to be bled and they should work.

Nice solid car, he should sell it as is instead of doing anything to it

Ya know, of all the Fast tops, that one would have to be my least favorite.
Of course.....

Looks like a nice car. Were the rubber bumperettes standard?

I know they're factory I just wonder if it was an extra cost option. My 70 Challenger has them as an extra cost option.

Funny you should say that....... I was there, in the back..... well, more like behind him

Dave, you were behind Fred pushing on his bumperettes?

I'm pretty sure they're an option. Fronts alone or fronts and rears.
