Anyone order up replacement Transmission Cooler Lines from Summit?
My pops mangled the front going into the radiator when he rebuilt the motor.
It's been a couple year project having pulled the motor to change the timing chain. While I was at it decided to detail the motor & entire engine compartment including all accessories.

I got a 383 with 727 - Want to know how well new lines match up.

I just received an email from Summit about the trans lines I ordered from them the 1st week in January, to let me know a new delivery date of Feb 4th.
They're being shipped from an outside supplier. Maybe Inline Tube or The Right Stuff.

And don't be afraid to call them if you don't see what you need in the catalog. They pick up and are really helpful.

I use www.inlinetube.com for replacement, had good luck with their parts.

Dave

Thanks Dave, I called Inline and they don't show a tranny cooler lines for a Town & Country. I'm assuming it sould be the same as a New Yorker, New Port or 300, but they don't show even show a cross reference for a TC so they can't guarantee it will fit. So the question is - would anyone know for sure whether lines for a NY, NP or 300 would fit correctly on my TC? Their catalogue # is CYT6501 for those models.

Should be the same ones.

PST does a decent job. Make sure they know your model and maybe what size radiator. I ordered a set. And didn’t one didn’t fit my non AC Polara, it was spaced for a larger radiator. I could not bend it to fit. I used one new and cleaned up one old.

My memory is gone and I can't find the receipt from 3 years ago, but I think I got the one from Summit.
Whatever the case it fit and no leaks!

Appreciate the information, was considering having the mangled one re-fabbed up at a local place or do it myself.

This time, might not be the case, thanks again!

Also, didn't see the part number you have already listed in a past older post, my apologies. Should have looked more thoroughly with my eye lookers.
