And orange engine, lack of hood and truck scripts. Le Baron should have no fender scripts but being a limo, I'd be willing to grant some "specialness", since the Ghia limos were "odd" too.

This car is way nicer than your turds will ever be.
Instead of appreciating the car you take joy in being negative nannnies.

For once, I’ll agree “generally” with USSMOPAR. Usually his take is bias and a little harsh.

But usually people see the negative first in our modern culture; we’ve been trained to be that way.

I think everyone’s critiques would resonate more soundly if there was some well stated appreciation for car, before “picking it apart”. That’s easy to do, pick things apart. Much harder to appreciate what you don’t notice

It’s a beautiful limo.

Now, let’s talk about that “oak cabinetry”...totally incorrect!:poke:

I don't think the boys were being negative about the limousine in general, there's nothing wrong with pointing out things which aren't what is expected to be standard on a '68.

Especially since sellers seem to believe their vehicle is worth $$$$.

Thanks for this.

This is exactly my point. The car in many respects is gorgeous, but if you're asking for that kind of money, the car had better be spot on.
