    That rechrome is kickin', where was it done? My 65 is on the road, a few minor problems. Mostly getting air cleaners to clear the hood because of the 512 ci max-wedge engine I installed.     That is the rattan interior. The rattan was on the front seat backs, and interior side panels, front and back.

    I have this identical car. I replaced the original 413 with a stroked 440 with max-wedge heads. Car is now in the hot rod shop completing the engine. I always loved this body style, especially in black.

    Introduction of 512 max-wedge

    Original owner 65 Monaco, currently re-doing engine to 512 ci with two fours on a max wedge manifold. Drove the car in high school and college, been garaged for 20 years, going back on road this year!! Location: Washington, Missouri 63090
