My 73 Coupe will occupy all of my attention the moment it lands here in australia. As for the tag, it appears to be missing however the interior has never been apart so there is a chance a broadcast sheet will still be in the car. I will keep you all updated.
I agree 100% on this statement. I bought my 1973 2Dr for a quarter of the price of that car, my imperial has a fairly rough body. Rust behind rear wheel arches, above the front window, beneath the rear window and on the front fenders near the door. But the main structure is intact; floors...
Quick question for all here, in australia if you sell a classic car no title is needed. When people sell classics in australia all you need is a bill of sale and you present that to vicroads (DMV) and your a-ok. What do you do if a car has no title in America?
@ayilar the vinyl top on "honey gold" seems to be in average condition and both cars seem to have rust under the rear window trims. Those issues aside with a little repair and touchup both cars have real potential to be fantastic cruisers.
@ayilar
there always seems to be that darn rust under the rear window trim. There is also a "honey gold" 1973 imperial on the same site here https://www.autabuy.com/details/?vid=71747693
I found one in similar condition for 5k that i am in the process of buying but the election has currently put the sale on the owners back burner... but i can't blame anyone for that as nothing gets done here in australia during our federal election. hell we are all even gripped by your election...
I ripped up the whole interior looking for it, turns out it just wasn't there. But thanks for finding the lense and if you could find the plate it would be awesome.
