Having worked with lasers, that should definitely work. However, as others have said, it's probably a scam if it's that cheap. I'd just stick with a wire wheel and sand paper for a while.
To remove the rear seat, just push the bottom in and then pull up and out. Once that's out, there are only two bolts holding on the seat back. After you have the seat removed, the armrests should pull out and the cards can be removed.
They'll never build it. The Dodge "Super Charger" will probably never touch asphalt, and I don't think the Hellephant is even going to pass emissions, so it isn't street legal in new cars. (Hence their advertising it for offroad cars and pre '77 cars.)
The previous owner of our '69 Fury III gave us a lot of spare parts and trim with the car. A lot I have been able to match with pieces on the car, and some I haven't. The car came with this Fury III emblem, and I haven't been able to find out what year it goes to or where it goes on the car.
