Thanks guys. Thisswap has been a fun project. Car has alot of family history, my grandfather bought the car new. The motor is out of a 2005 Ram 1500. Themotor fit like a glove, the 545 RFE trans was a different story. I documentedthe swap pretty well, I might do a build thread. Joe

I'm just getting ready to start on this swap. 360 727 for 2004 5.7 Hemi and 545. It will be a big project and will take a fair amount of fabrication but should be fun.
