My 73 Town and Country has three remaining dash bulbs out -- the left turn signal, the Low Fuel, and the Engine Cold. What is the best way to access these bulbs to change them? Do they use the twist-in caps that the A and B lines use?

Has anyone ever converted their two-seat Mopar C wagon to a three seat? If so, what is involved in the conversion? The kids will not stop bugging me about doing this, so I figure I may as well put it on the summer project list if it is feasible.
