Thanks @Hyper_pak for the sarcasm... shame that there may be others who believe it was genuine affection for this mess.

I'm seeing a full cage/tube frame, the chevy engine in the trunk and still that heavy as F#$% stainless bodywork... with gullwings clipped/possibly unable to make work.

Seriously, it would have been easier to scratch build the whole car, wrap a fiberglass shell to look like stainless and leave the DMC mess alone for those who love them ( a strange thing in itself), at least this one should be capable of 88 MPH.

Oh and another one, a home built engine stand for 25 bucks. Well not so cool if a weld breaks and a engine lands on your foot, but still probably better than Harbor Fright.
