Looks like it has the ultra-rare police/taxi vinyl interior and big block disguised as a 318 poly package. I don't remember what those two option codes are though.

In all seriousness, other than the interior, I'd jump on it for that price. Looks like the original vinyl is hiding under that fold/staple job.
