Can anyone tell me what years/ models will interchange with my 72 Polara 4 dr sedan? Not concerned with correct pattern, just fit.Example, will a 1972 Chrysler Newport interior fit my car?

Door panels from any '69 - '73 Polara, Monaco or Chrysler will fit so long as they came from a 4-door sedan. The rear door panels on a Fury are shorter. The seats from any '69 - '73 C Body 4-door sedan should fit fine. I want stress that the door panels must be from a sedan. Rear door panels from a station wagon likely will not fit as the wheelbase is different on the wagons and Furys and the difference is in the rear seat area.

FURYGT, thank you!
The exact info I was looking for.

I need to correct you on this one Bill,

Front door panels are the same between Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth. Dodge uses a 122 inch wheelbase, so in the rear you can use Dodge sedan panels, or Chrysler, Dodge, or Plymouth wagon panels.

I know that, which is why I said that Fury rear door panels are shorter. The post was talking about an "interior interchange", which to me means all 4 door panels and possibly seats as well.

I second the opinion that a sedan requires door panels from a sedan or a station wagon (vs. from a four-door hardtop) due to the space taken up by the window frames.

I have no clue about door shape and size differences--and hence door panel interchangeabilty--between Chrysler, Dodge Polara/Monaco and Plymouth Fury models.

Gave him a call but haven't heard back from him, thanks
