Which type of rust-proofing agent do you use?

Sometime down the line I want to rust-proof my entire underside and engine bay (probably even the floor and trunk pans) - I live in NC so my car isn't as rusted as a car from say, up north, but I want to take the precaution while my car still has no rust.

I've heard of a few recommendations, such as Cosmoline and Kryptonite - interested in your recommendations for C-Bodies.

fury68, noted - which one would fit the application here best, of their listings: Industrial, Floor, or Roof?
I'm assuming industrial in this application, but just making sure - some rust proofing agents are evidently better for some applications than others.

Rust Bullitt, clean and paint (powder coat in a can)

Penetrol followed by Tractor Supply Majic oil based enamel for the inside and for underneath Penetrol + Rustoleum Satin black spray. For engine bay really just Rustoleum high heat gloss black spray paint after a good cleaning. Going strong for over 5 years. I dont drive much in the rain and never in the snow so factor that in.
