Without having the car in front of me, it is not the easiest to count the number of bulbs and their types/designations.

Is there a list of the total number of bulbs and their numbers for a 1968 Newport convertible?

I tried searching the interweb, but only got references to some bulbs at sellers, not a complete list of types and numbers needed for each.

I would like to place one order for LEDs for them (and have a full set of standard bulbs in reserve).

The owners manual for my 68 Monaco has a list of bulb numbers, but not a quantity.

Seems like I found some online lists at the Sylvania automotive bulb website? On online catalog of sorts. Maybe even quantities?

Otherwise, the owners manual or FSM for the bulb numbers. The Chrysler parts book for a similar model year (if the particular year is not listed) would give the quantities, but you'll have to go through the catalog to find the bulbs and their Chrysler part numbers to get the quantitites.

Won't the bulbs for the instrument panel cluster and such need to be "dimmable"-rated?

Just some thoughts,

It doesn't have quantities, but here's the listing from the 68 Chrysler FSM.

If you use these LED's to replace a turn signal bulb (like 1157's), don't you need to change out the flasher unit?

Dont use LED's for the front turn, those lenses have a bullseye lens in them set up for the filament portion of the bulb to shine through it. An LED won't focus the light where it needs to in those lenses.

Thank you for the pics and the advice.

I was thinking of red leds for the dash. Even if they won’t dim, red isn’t hard on the eyes.
