The interior looks good. Using those seats and door panels would be much cheaper (assuming there id no rip or tear) than having originals redone.

heck, i'd grab this thing, at that price, JUST for the parts IF those pics reflect its condition right now. dont need this car, but would save it from the derby crown in a heartbeat.

The dash looks cracked but, for someone who owns a 1971 NYer 2dr with H3F7, the interior alone is worth well the price IF the condition is as the pics suggest. The rest would be gravy. One would need eyes on the car, as there seems to have been some water intrusion in the back.
 
Anyone on this board know French? Not quite certain but doesn't Fond du Lac mean "bottom of the Lake"?
