67 Polara 500 convertible

Nah... she's too good as she sits, and worn just enough that you don't have to count stone chips... Not going to restart the "survivor" discussion, but she's got to be one of the best/most original and functional cars from the era.

Every car Will puts his hands on turns into a pure beauty and rarely duplicated.

Just a thought. I'd consider part trades. Any make, full size American convertibles from the 50's/60's. Nice driver quality. Perhaps station wagons of the same era.

If I were to happen to sell this car I would find myself without a vintage convertible until Virgil is ready... That's going to be awhile. (That would be a first in over 20 years), I still enjoy my little Mustang though.

Somebody is going to get an amazing car. This is the bench mark, in my opinion, on how to do these cars (white walls, factory wheel covers...little Mopar tweaks like Mbody 15x7 rims).

It's time to get serious about finding a new home for this Polara.
This car is ready to drive anywhere. It is a mechanically upgraded survivor. Best to review this build thread to evaluate it.

This car runs and drives like a dream and draws a lot of attention. Not a show quality car but a real live survivor. original paint car. I have records and receipts from new in Portland Origan. Stored inside for 46 years.
I have 6 build sheets, the original owners manual and
warranty info, Certacard. Service receipts from new to 1974. Every original registration from new to 1974, and the original license plate issued in 1967. Receipts for all parts and materials.

Still time to register for Carlisle.
I'm motivated, got my head out of the clouds, ready to make a deal.
There only original once, a rare opportunity. You could not build one like this for the purchase price.

If anyone is serious than PM me.... We'll talk,

Wow Will! I was just sitting here having a beer and thought, I wonder how the Polara looks.... I haven't been on here in quite some time... You have done a hell of a job! I'm very happy that I decided to let you take the car off my hands. I hope you get what your asking for it, the next owner won't be disappointed! I'd still like to look at it all finished, if you don't sell it first. I still get down through your next of the woods a couple times every 5 weeks. Great job Will!!!

Good to hear from you Matt. I've taken several road trips in the car so far. Most over 500 miles and it loves the open road. Not in a rush to sell and if I can get my 61 Fury through the body and paint process I may not need to.
Glad your doing well. Your welcome any time.

Will.
