Hello, I was just about to order a set of wires for my 73 440 when I came across another choice. Has anybody used the Denso ignition wire set?
Rock has them listed as premium, the plug ends look correct.
Any thoughts?
I tried reaching out to Firecore with phone and email and have not received a response in two weeks, so while I was putting an order in for other parts thought I'd add a wire set.

Never have used any of then, but Denso is an OEM-level supplier, as I understand it. The fact they included the orange silicone 135 degree rear boots is nice. What sort of conductor is in those insulators? Looks like a Mopar wire set, too, which is good. Obviously, only TWO of the 135 degree booted wires will be needed.

Just some thoughts,

They look decent ,although i wonder about the Length.

I will give them a try and let you all know how they do.
I hope they fit well, wire placement is a pain on these fully loaded 440s

I received my wires today, along with a new gas cap and sway bar end links.
The wires look great, I was happy to see the quality boots in the correct colour, feel good out of the box. I will install this week after a source a pair of correct fitting engine mounts. Two orders later and I am still not happy. I ordered a pair this spring from my local supplier and they looked and fit great, but the next pair come in different box and look like copies of copies. aauuugghhh!! Enough about engine mounts, here are photos of the wire set.

@Boydsdodge -- have you been happy with the Denso 6718119 wires? I need to order wires for Buttercup and the 7mm Denso you bought look fine to me (though not factory-orange with black boots, as they should be) and cost half the price of the 8mm Taylors.

Searching through the Denso web site, I see the 6718120 as correct for the 1972 440 on my NYB (and the 6718119 you got as correct for your 1973 Imp). RockAuto shows the 6718120 as correct for a 1972 440 too, so I will order those from them.

PPS: For some reason, Summit shows neither set as fitting on 1972-1973 RB engines, so I will not order from them as they ought to get their info right.

I am very happy with the wires, I will use agin for my cars if I am not trying to restore to original orange wires. They fit great, well made and correct boots on plug end.
