It's well known that show is rigged, so what was the bargain price that went for?

I'd rather have the 7.5 Million...

This is not on storage wars. These were posted yesterday and today by the popular instagram account and fb page under @mopars5150
Pictures were taken a couple weeks ago in Chico, CA. I have known of this car for about 5 years and the guy I got the lead from about 10 years before that. It was listed on CL for 60K and the guy I was with made a final offer of 55K and still lost out to someone else.

I don’t even think storage wars is on tv anymore LoL. I just figured you guys would like to see the pics and I was pretty sure somebody would chime in with the real story. Thanks Mr Bill!!!

That is an amazing car in pristine condition for its age. What is most stunning is the condition of the chrome on the interior of the car, with virtually no pits of any kind, even for a California car. Even the exterior chrome is amazing. I am surprised that an original, real "storage" find in that condition went so cheap, especially for a convertible in such amazing original condition. It still has the corbin clamps on the hoses too!

That sure looks like it was worth the asking price of $60k just looking at the pictures.
Incredible find of a very cool car.

Dave

The car is known to the 300 International Club. It is reportedly on its way to Europe now.

Per Don Waarner:
The last known owner of 300D LC4 1101 in the Registry is Myra Rennacker from Chico, CA. It says her father was the original owner. Some research shows that Myra passed away in July 2019 at age 79. Couldn't find any other other information.

Sad the see the cars go overseas. That’s because we won’t se them at shows here again.

some great restorations and repro parts made overseas, so no offense meant.
