70 dash Woodgrain Insert Removal

I stole this pick from Bill Fury's for sale add. Go buy it from him. My question is how the insert is attached because I'm trying to remove mine. I know there are NOT though bolts attaching it and I think I see some imbedded studs in the vinyl so maybe they slide into a keyway?? Or may just stuck with tape.

Anybody know before I gorilla it off. Its not too strong.

at each end there is a molded in plastic - i will call it a press in stud but thats prob not the right name , looks like there was also a sticky strip on the back

Thank you so much. that makes sense. One of my studs is snapped off but tape and other stud is holding fast. Going to get out the dental floss or wire for the tape and hopefully not snap off the other stud. Then I have to put new vinyl on. Looks like the first example has chrome-ish surround but yours doesnt.

Thanks again, just took it off and now looking for some good thick double sided tape. New dash pad in a week so it triggers a bunch of projects!!
