Oh yeah! You got the space! Totally jealous. I did however just sell a 65 New Yorker to someone on here. So I do have a C body shaped space open.

You lucky guy. A 66 Monaco wagon would be one of my top 3 choices for a slab era Cee and it’s a 440 A/C car to boot. What a great find.

Congrats @Moparbrad !

Saw the original posting on CL and thought „good value for the money AND also quite a rare car“.

Enjoy and keep us updated!

So I ended up passing on the car. It is way rougher than it looks in the pictures. The engines been dead for a long time! It has a rough spot when you’re rotating it with a ratchet like it had rusty cylinders or something like that. It’s just crusty all over the body from moisture. All the rubber is dry and cracking, the door panels are all curled up and pretty much wasted. The back window doesn’t roll up and the trunk floor is crusty, the lift up door that covers the cargo area is also all rotted out. Gas tank is rotted out with holes in it. Some of the trim is beat up and has holes drilled with self tappers holding it to the body. Tail light lenses are all cracked, bezels are pitted, the dash is extra crusty from moisture. It’s just a mess in my opinion. It may be rare but it’s not a $4000 car.
