Wow! Those seats make such a great match to the paint on the car!! Must be color blind.
 
It looks like a power window switch and wires hanging out of the custom built centre console, that would explain why the window is down. Run not walk away from this badly molested Fury.

Naaaa yer 'jist looking at it from the wrong direction as it appears to have one of them $50,000.00 color shifting paint jobs, you know the one where a gallon of the paint costs $5 grand via the azz-monkey garage shows.
