This is a very nice 300H. Does it look like the front and rear is sitting higher than factory height? That garage may be temperature controlled but it's definitely not climate controlled. Only 485 of these beauties made. This is the best one I ever seen.

That is an impressive beast right there!

Really nice. I still don't understand why the factory allowed these to be built with a column shift and split-bench front seat.

I don't/wouldn't care. Would be a no brainer for me, but alas, at that price it will always be a dream.

Maybe.
Heck, for me as long as it is what the VIN says it is I could care less if the battery cable hold clamp was from ACME fasteners rather than a real Chrysler NOS piece.

14 years ago while at the Auburn Indiana auction there were a couple of these there. They were nice and didnt go for much. The prices on the 1970 300-H has increased ridiculously over the past ten years.

There was a thread on here about a Hurst 300 and its seating arrangement.....Stan and I duked it out

Sometimes I don't understand people. One, the value of a fully restored car to condition 1 is known. Two, you know what you paid for the car. Third, you can add up all your costs to complete the car. Fourth, costs 2 + 3 should not exceed the condition 1 value. Basic math although it seems many don't pay any attention to the first point whatsoever.

I don't pay attention to it one bit.
I spend on my cars for repairs that I want to do.
I know from the first oil change I'm already upside down.
I don't think about.
Life is too short.
I've always sold every car I've put up for sale. I let them go for what the market says they are worth. I lick my wounds and move on.
But that's easy for me to say.
I don't buy a car for fifty grand and put in another fifty when at B-J they're selling for 75.
I'm a CL/eBay bottom feeder....

Nice 300 Hurst. I like the ride heigth like that. Gives it a more agressive look.

Concidering he'll entertain offers I think he's in the fair price range for the car.

I really do like this car and am wondering whether the price is in fact right in the ball park? i remember about two years ago that a 1970 black Sport Fury GT sold on eBay for over 16000 dollars, taking that into consideration, a smaller production number and a top of the line 300 pedigree, his asking price on which he will entertain offers on doesn't sound too out of the question.

Seeing how old the ad is, we should check back with him now and see how he did.

Good chance it will still be avaliable. Limited market at that price level. The top would have to go down before I would concider a car at that price.
But still a fair deal for the guy who wants a 300 Hurst.
