Chrysler interchange parts

I see no reason why the quarter panels wouldn't be the same (from the back of the rear door), depending on what you need to do it should work for patches.

Trunk lids should be the same.

Quarters are different on the four-door (shorter) than the 2-door or ragtop. The lower quarters will swap for patch panels, though. Rear windshields are different. By "Dutchman panel", if you mean the "C"-pillar inner panel; they, too are different.

The main thing is Chrysler made a four door sedan in a tall roofline, and the four door hardtop shares the lower two door roof line. The rear quarter on a two door and four door hardtop meets the roof high behind the rear side window. the four door sedan rounds the back door where the door latches. They are different, so you have to be good at splicing the two together. I did it on a four door dart to fix a quarter, but it was difficult. The trunk and back end is the same.
