I will check that out! What about Cars & Coffee at the Oasis on the lake? Any classic/project stuff or is it all Porsches and Ferraris?

Sorry to hear man!! Just buy about 8-10 feet of 5/8" heater hose and some good worm clamps. That should get you rolling again.

...and according to the little one we need a car that runs on poop and is ok to poop your pants in, because accidents happen. I think there's something on his mind.

Wow......... Oh get some distilled water also. Run that until you are sure there's no more coolant leaks. After dump and run antifreeze. And not the kind of dump your boy was talking about!! LOL...........

Add a tiny bit of Tide and a squirt of Dawn to the initial straight water fill up.

Stan, I read an old fsm manual and they talk about adding some motor oil to the coolant to lubricate the water pump. I have never heard of that before. The dawn will do the same thing. It has oil in the soap.

They sell water pump lubricant additive at AAP, AZ, NAPA.

It's great to learn something new

Yeah a lot of American classics there. The exotic crowd usually are pretty cool and aren't as stuck up as I thought they would be. There was a guy with a new 458 wanted to buy my car for his wife, wanted to write me a check on the spot to let her drive it home. But big red will never be for sale. Would be nice to get a cbody club going here in Austin or at least a chrysler one. Unfortunately we live in a city full of fords and Chevys!
