1973 Town & Country

Is this not a 1973 Town & Country seen from the driver's dash and the rear in the 1997 movie Men in Black. Just noticed that after how many times seeing it. Same goes for the far background.

It could be a 1972 or a 1973 Chrysler Town & Country. The rear is virtually indistinguishable between these two model years.

It's a '72. I'm sure.

Bumper is a loop. Hood is has the sharp "v" in the middle. You see it in the first couple of seconds. Also, the trim on the doors is missing the "wood" appliqué and the seats are from a '72.

I think the pattern of the seat upholstery is not so different between '72 and '73. But you are totally right, if not for the other details you mentioned, the door panel trim absolutely gives it away as a 1972.
