Auf Wiedersehen

Congrats on the sale, now no cars outside during the salty season. You just made it this season, I saw them laying out the damn brine yesterday on the interstate.

I know, I had my Challenger at home in the garage so I had to grab the trailer to put her away...

Thanks to Carsten and Piot Double U for listing it on the German Mopar boards. I had several offers to pay my (too low) asking price.

Hi Ross,

I gladly helped you.
I was pretty sure it would sell as your aksing price was very reasonable

Sometimes it all the stars align like my signature pic.

These boys didn't take too kindly to me shipping a 73 Imperial to Israel. They said a bunch of terrible things about me and the buyer. Just another typical day on FCBO.

Didn't that one end up at the bottom of the ocean? Or did he buy yours to replace the one that went down?

It's hard tying to keep up with all of your cars. LOL!:poke:

Ross's Imperial replaced the guys car that went to the bottom of the Atlantic.

Hi Julian,

Dirk was at the german Mopar Nats this year with his 68 Fury vert.
Hope he will bring it to the Nats next year

I have never really thought of selling a car over to Europe like that. Is it that much of a pain to do? Besides initially finding a buyer, are there any special requirements? Are emissions an issue?

usually you will get a wire transfer.
Most buyers will ask you to check the antifreeze for the transport (might get pretty cold on the travel, remember the Titanic). Despite from that the rest is pretty easy. Most guys would want a car with title though as it is a pain sometimes without one. If there is a problem: I know how to handle it, JLMK

Buyer transferred payment in full to my account then I had the title and bill of sale notarized. Then, handed the documents to the shipper and they hauled her away.

This is my truck I sold on ebay that went to Germany a few years ago, it was actually a pretty smooth transaction, but maybe I was fortunate.074.jpg131.jpg
