Have plans for my man cave that will extend into the Level floor of the house. Had planned to park one car in the living room, but that was even too much for my gf. At least for the Moment. ;)

There will still be two cars parked in part of the granny flat. Pretty hard to find someone more tolerant who also has similar good looks and figure. ;)

Here's a pic of the garage. In the picture you see a concreate pad on the side and my plan is to extend the garage the entire pad area. The garage is 14x24 and the pad is about 22x18, but didn't measure it yet. This won't be until summer. Major man cave coming!!!

Thank you,.yeah I thought so too!! Space for the car and all my tools. compressor and the whole 9 yards. It's been a long time without one and all my tools have been in storage for over 8 years. To say the least I'm excited.

We decided to paint..!! Crap!! Anyway, if you look at page 3 post 28 you'll see the color of the living room and formal dinning room to be well,..turkey **** brown is the best I can describe the color. We went with Antique white. What a differance. Made the trim pop and the rooms look bigger and brighter. Took 3 days to paint both rooms 2 coats. I used Valspar. Really good paint, but with the original paint being so dark, it took 2 coats. We are really happy with the outcome. Now, moving on to the kitchen/dinning room. I'm beat from painting and every muscle in my body hurts...lol. I'm getting to old for this stuff.

Thank you, I love the stairs too. The treads are wood with a small carpet tread in the center of each. We are excited how cool this house is. I just hope I can keep up with my hunnys demands and wants!! She's already wearing me out, but it's ok.
