Well I picked Lucille up ten years ago for my 21st b-day...it was 3 vehicles that I was to look at that day and she would be the second. Well after we decided to skip the first due to a major oil leak we went to check out the Chrysler. Before we even stopped the car I know that I wouldnt be looking at the 3rd car. About 2 yrs later, we drove from Denver to St Louis....no problems. A few yrs later I enlisted and Lucille sat in my moms flooding basement/garage for 3 springs. We got her shipped douwn to NM where she showed me what she was made of. An oil, battery terminals, and radiator fluid change......VROOOOM. That song "Reunited and it feels so good..." played in my head all the way shop for a better tune. The motor was rebuilt a couple yrs ago. This year is our 10yr..I know it sounds stange..but decided to really put some well deserved TLC into her.
That is where we stand as of now...again I am happy to have finally found a forum where I "belong" and in the few days I have been a member, I have already picked up so much. Thanks.
