check with Spectra premium company at your local radiator shop

If you remove it, any good radiator service shop will be able to use the original frame but put modern cores in. Just be careful if you have two cores....I took my Polara core out, the local rad shop did a great job redoing it for me but they put an new piece of 16mm rubber hose between the cores, instead of 5/8ths...it must be a fraction larger as, no matter how tight I fastened it, it leaked from that pipe. The pipe is thick walled so it just distorts as you tighten instead of shrinking the internal bore down to fit....good luck....cheers Steve
